Why per minute billing?
Decrypting and processing voice files requires a significant computing resource, as well as memory for storing audio files and a large amount of data obtained as a result of decryption. That’s why per minute charging for the use of computing power is applied.

What will happen to my data if I don’t renew the tariff?
For some time your data will be stored on our server for free, one month before data deletion – we will warn you in a letter to your e-mail, also you will receive a second letter one week before data deletion.

To which messengers is it possible to receive notifications?
At the moment it is Whatsapp and Telegram.

Do you have a discount system?
Yes, if you have a large company (more than 100 employees), we are ready to offer you individual tariffs. We also offer up to 24 months of free use of the program to participants of Beta-testing in case you find any errors in the work of the software complex.

If my IP telephony provider is not on the list, I can’t use Voice2AI ?
