Simply select the keywords or phrases that interest you in customer conversations, and receive instant notifications via Telegram or another messaging app about calls in which these words or phrases are detected. 

You can also set up notifications based on order number, customer’s last name or first name, employee name, product, or service. The AI listens to all calls made by your staff in real time and immediately alerts you to important events. 

Moreover, Voice AI can notify you about dialogues where standard greetings or conversational scripts were not used.
